I'm not sure if there is a 64bit version available but I do have a 64bit computer. I've done some homework and found out my garry's mod is a 32bit version. I can run Arma 3 Altis Life in ultra and still get 70 FPS. So basically what's happening is that my Garry's mod has very low fps, regardless of what graphics settings I put it on.
